Phase 1: Waking Up Early (In progress)

Goal: 6am

March and April Wake-up

Progress: As you can see, I didn’t make my wake up goals in a month. Some days I slept in, especially the day after choir performance and when I got sick with bronchitis. I seem to be really good at waking up at 8:45am though… It is still too far from my goal though. I think I will modify my original goal and aim to wake up at 7:00am consistently first. Baby steps.

Phase 2: Stacking Habits (Commences once Phase 1 Goal Complete)

  1. Do a 10-15 minutes workout
  2. Stretch after the workout
  3. Phase out of stretching into meditation
  4. And do a little bit of rough writing in the mornings.

Phase 3: Waking Up Yet Earlier (extra time in morning filled with reading and/or mandarin Learning)

Phase 4: More morning habit-stacking (Mandarin learning and practice)
